The market size of the Indian education industry in FY’20 was about US$117 billion, estimated to rise up to 225 billion U.S. dollars by FY’25 in the country.
India’s population is estimated to be a little over 1.4 billion, with roughly 64% – or about 900 million – falling in the working-age cohort. The current slowdown in white-collar job creation is expected to leave scores of fresh graduates in the lurch.
